It all starts with a dream. If I could chose any destination in the United States to spend the week taking pictures, where would I go? For me, the answer was Charleston, South Carolina. Charleston has so many wonderful areas for a travel photographer. You have beautiful historic downtown, miles of beaches, lighthouses, plantations, shrimp boats and lots of wildlife. We stayed for a week and never grew bored.
